During this time, I discovered my passion to help people grow. This led me to retraining and qualifying as a person centred counsellor, before extending my training to include CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) techniques into my client work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>I have run my private business for over 10 years and have gained vast experience of working with clients across a wide range of issues.\u00a0 I have worked in organisations specialising in bereavement, relationships, an Occupational Health setting and with Breast Cancer Care, offering group support for Secondary Breast Cancer.<\/p>\n<p>As well as private practice, I am an affiliated counsellor with a number of Employee Assistance Programs and Health Providers, including BUPA, Cigna, Validium and Health Assured.
