Stress Awareness – One Day Course

This 1 day course will clarify what stress actually is and the harm it can do.  Delegates will then be supported in identifying their own “stressors” and the cumulative effect.  Delegates will gain understanding on how their own behaviour in situations can help reduce stress levels in themselves and for those around them.  We will then build on this knowledge and move into practical management techniques and useful tips that have been proven to help reduce the effects of stress.

This workshop is ideal for:

  • Employers who have identified stress within the workplace
  • Employers who want individuals to benefit from a more detailed and personal stress management course
  • Employers who want to maintain/retain an effective, efficient workforce with high morale.
