Sleep problems come near the top of health issues that prompt web searches.

An increasing number of people find that getting a good night’s sleep is becoming a real challenge. Estimates of the number of people in the UK suffering from sleep problems vary:

  • It is said that up to 25% of the UK population have problems getting restful or good sleep
  • Some studies suggest that up to 40% of people complain of ‘sleep problems’
  • Other studies indicate that between 23% and 34% of people suffer from problems sleeping including insomnia.

There are many factors that can affect how we sleep, often a good sleep pattern can be regained from identifying issues and learning healthy habits to allow us to shut off .

Often just a couple of sessions can put this back on track, (as long as the dscipline is maintained between sessions).
